Competition entries for this year’s NZ Mountain Film & Book Festival have been flooding in, says festival director Mark Sedon.

Now in its 20th year, the festival will be held in Wānaka from June 24 to 29, in Queenstown from June 30 to July 2 and online from June 24 to July 24.

“We will be following Ministry of Health guidelines and can split the venues into separate zones to ensure we remain within capacity limits,” Sedon said.

Book competition entries had already exceeded last year’s total, with the winner set to walk away with $2000.

Tickets and programmes will be released in May.
