Vicki Steven and the Over Forties Tramping Club in Christchurch enjoyed a sunny day tramp to historic Packhorse Hut on Banks Peninsula. “We are lucky to have such wonderful tramps close at hand,” said Vicki.

Andrew Isbister and his mother Linda, 84, went to Powell Hut for the night. “I’ve been going up to Powell for years, but it was Mum’s first time. She made it up and down with ease, which at that age is pretty cool,” said Andrew.
