The Timex Metropolitan ($325) looks like a traditional analogue timepiece and, yes, it’ll tell the time. But, it can also track your daily activity including steps taken, distance covered, calories burned and it’ll sync to an app on your smartphone to allow you to set daily goals and even measure your sleep.

The Metropolitan also features quick release straps – so you can swap a strap to suit the function you’re going to.
