#microchallenge7: Self-timer selfie

Remember those photo booths where you never knew when the image was going to be taken? Place your phone on an object, set the self-timer and capture a walking photo of yourself. #microchallenge7

Partner prize: A $100 Back Country Cuisine voucher!

#microchallenge8: Point to something

Point to something of interest on your walk – a distant peak, a hut, the ridgeline you want to walk, a tremendous tree or some nearby flora. Tell us what you’re pointing to and its significance. #microchallenge8

Partner prize: A $100 Further Faster Voucher

#microchallenge9: Become a one percenter!

One of our most popular microchallenges is back: do one walk of at least 12km – or 1 per cent of the challenge. If you’re struggling or feeling like you’re falling behind, this will give you a much needed boost! Be sure to describe where you went and how this walk compared to your usual outings. Include proof (e.g. a screen grab of your walking app) and a photo of yourself on completion. #microchallenge9

Partner prize: A pair of Bridgedale Midweight Merino Performance Fit socks!
