I saw a great opportunity to try and capture the moment and the mood of a recent training trip for a transalpine journey. We found ourselves climbing high up an unnamed ridge in the Torlesse Range with clouds and doubt swirling all around. Shot on a Canon 7D, ISO 100, 1/640, F13.
