This image was taken as we descended the north ridge of Mt Titiroa towards Lake Manapouri. We had bivvied the previous night beneath the summit by a frozen tarn, in less than desirable conditions. Over the course of the two-day trip, the views were typical Fiordland: cloud and mist coming and going all day.
